Program Structure

A tailored 12-week coaching program designed to enhance participant wellbeing and performance across five key domains: Physical, Mental, Recovery, Relationships, and Agency, delivering measurable improvements in both objective and subjective metrics.

Core Focus Areas

Physical

Objectives: improve energy levels and longevity.There are clear links between physical health and cognitive function.(2)

Core areas of focus:
  • Aerobic, strength and mobility/movement assessments, including improvement plans.
  • Improving nutritional habits including detoxification - reducing energy crashes, brain fog, and emotional reactivity.(3)
  • Linking physical wellbeing with mental acuity.

Mental

Objectives: improve self-awareness, emotional regulation, and cognitive function.

Core areas of focus:
  • Self-awareness and the ‘Chimp’.
  • Understanding your dopamine threshold and how to manage it
  • Measurement of stress levels, cognitive function(4), and mental resilience
  • How to improve psychological resilience

Recovery

Objectives: Inculcating recovery routines into daily performance practices.Recovery isn’t the opposite of work – it’s what enables consistent, high-quality output (5).

Core areas of focus:
  • Balancing high-performance with adequate restoration
  • Sleep hygiene development and non-sleep recovery routines
  • Tracking of sleep quality, recovery rates, and energy levels
  • Understanding stress arousal levels and how to effectively regulate these levels

Relationships

Objectives: building high-trust relationships with self and others.

Core areas of focus:
  • Identity and integrity (6)
  • Self-regulation and strategies for building relational energy
  • Feedback and psychological safety
  • Assessment of relationship quality and communication effectiveness

Agency

Objectives: to provide input on how to enhance agency (sense of control) within an individual's life. Studies have consistently linked this perceived sense of control an individual has within their life and key psychological markers, including: reduced anxiety and depression and increased fulfillment.

Core areas of focus:
  • Radical responsibility as the foundation for agency (7)
  • The physiological markers of a victim mindset
  • Actions vs acceptance
  • Tasks for your environment and relationships

Participant Requirements

Time commitment:
1–2 hour initial and closing sessions (week 1 and 12)
Technology:
wearable tracking device (Apple Watch, Garmin, Whoop, or equivalent) — this is not essential, but highly recommended
Participation:
active engagement in coaching sessions and implementation of agreed strategies
Data sharing:
willingness to share relevant health and performance data with coaches
Accountability:
commitment to following through on personalised action plans
